1. Why choose GETALLGPL?
We believe in the open source community and believe that WordPress should be available to all.
Unfortunately, premium plugin and theme authors refuse to decouple support from the code, they won’t set regional price differences and they rarely offer discounts to students, low waged or the young.
We are providing a third way by redistributing the code without any unneeded extras.
2. How can you offer the products at such low prices?
All WordPress items such as plugins and themes are licensed under the General Public Licence (GPL).
This means that once we have purchased the item we are free to redistribute it if we choose to do so.
Your membership to our site goes towards maintaining and buying the subscriptions to 3rd party theme and plugin authors. This form of crowdfunding helps keep prices low and we can then pass this benefit on to you.
Our ‘about us’ page explains things in more detail.
3. Is support Included?
No. If you require technical support regarding a plugin or theme then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author (a link is provided) or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively, you could ask around some of the helpful WordPress community forums.
Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at the discounted price.
4. Are these products genuine?
Yes, 100%. We have active subscriptions to all the authors of the products featured on our website. We download from them and redistribute to you.
The downloads are not altered in any way except for few products that need activation before usage. Such products comes with a note in the product description.
5. Do you provide updates to the products?
Yes. As soon as we are notified of an update, we go and download it from the author and update it on our site.
We send regular emails advising when products have been updated so please be sure to provide an active email address when you sign up. You can also see our regular updates by visiting our update page.
6. An item I downloaded is asking for a registration code. What to do?
Ignore it. Developers include these so that the plugin or theme can update automatically or so that you can register for support or in some cases to import the premium templates (which is not needed by majority of users). The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box. We would recommend updating your theme/plugins manually when updates become available on our site.
7. How many sites can I use the plugin or theme on?
As many as you like. The plugins and themes are GPL licensed so you can use them as often as you like on as many sites as you like. Got a friend who’s building a site? Go share them with your friend. Seriously, there are no catches.
8. Are there any restrictions on the number of downloads?
Yes, recently due to increase in number of leechers, we had to impose restrictions on number of downloads.
- Monthly Membership users can download 18 products per day.
- Quarterly / Half-Yearly Membership users can download 20 products per day.
- Yearly Members can download 25 products per day.
- Lifetime Members can download 18 products per day.
We also have added a Developer Monthly Plan, which allows 50 downloads per day.
9. How to cancel my active Subscription?
10. Can I resell or leech the products on other websites?
No, we do not encourage leeching or reselling or stacking up our products. We will instantly ban or restrict our support to any account that found to be violating our terms and conditions / fair usage policy.
11. Can I request new products?
The decision to buy a new item is made according to the number of requests we receive for that item/s. Items availability are subject to change without prior notice.
12. Why a product is not updated or has been removed from the store?
In situations, where our subscription with the original developer has expired and we do not have any intention to renew it further because of any reason. In this case, you won’t see updated version of the product.
In case of Element Envato products, if the developer has removed the product from Element Envato, we cannot provide further updates to that product.
Sometime, due to trademark issues or DMCA notices, we do remove the products from our store.
13. How can I hide license reminders or usage keys?
Consider hiding the license activation reminders through a plugin like “WP Nag Hide.“ This plugin is free and very popular in the WordPress community. Make sure to check the official documentation for more information!
14. Will my product stop working after my membership expires? What about an individual product purchase?
No, you will be able to use the products even after the membership expires. Though the download and updates will not be available but your existing installed plugin or theme will continue to work in your websites.
We offer free lifetime updates through our website for any individual product purchase.
15. Why I am not able to create a ticket in support system, even though I am having an active membership plan?
If you are not able to create a support ticket in our system, it means you have been identified and confirmed to have leeching, sharing, reselling or stacking our products (check FAQ no. 10 above). It also means you have lost the support for product activations and email replies as well.
16. Virustotal is showing your plugin is having virus, what to do?
You can be 100% sure that the file you have downloaded from DOWNLOAD GPL is clean and safe. You should understand that viruses and malicious code are completely different things. Virustotal is a tool for checking files for viruses, and you cannot use it to detect malicious code in PHP/JS, such as backlinks, web shells, or backdoors.
Today’s malicious code can be no different from ordinary code and it is often impossible to detect it with automated tools. However, we recommend using specialized tools such as VirusDie or Imunify to locate malicious code in files if you encounter such a need.
In the list of antiviruses VirusTotal there are Chinese antivirus solutions, such as Bkav, Jiangmin, Rising, Cyren. Such antiviruses often check the code simply for the presence of function eval, base64_encode/decode, etc. Although the presence of such constructions in the php-code does not at all mean that the code is malicious, and many developers use these functions for their own purposes (packing/unpacking data, custom fonts in css and others). For this reason, Chinese antiviruses often detect on absolutely clean files downloaded directly from developers. This is called false positives.
